1. Nature of the relationship

This Creator Collaboration Programme establishes an independent content-creation and referral relationship between the Creator and Al Bella Ag, trading as "Al Bella Treat" ("the Company"). This is not an employment, agency, or exclusive partnership relationship unless separately agreed in writing. The Creator is not authorised to make commitments on behalf of the Company beyond agreed content.

2. Application & tier assignment

Applications are reviewed manually. The Company determines tier placement (Seed, Micro, Established) based on follower count, niche relevance, content quality, and engagement, at its sole discretion. Tier placement and associated flat fees may differ from the published ranges based on individual review.

3. Right of rejection and discretion

The Company reserves the right to:

• Accept or reject any application without obligation to disclose its reasoning;
• Decline to send product, or request return/non-use of product, if a collaboration does not proceed;
• Suspend or terminate an active discount code at any time in cases of misuse, fraud, or content that the Company believes harms its brand;
• Decline to pay a flat fee where agreed content is not delivered, is significantly delayed beyond agreed timelines, or does not meet the basic content guidelines communicated to the Creator.

4. Free product & sample shipping

Approved Creators receive a sample product pack shipped at the Company's cost. Product samples are provided in exchange for the agreed content deliverable; the Company reserves the right to request the flat fee be partially or fully withheld if no content is delivered within 30 days of product receipt without reasonable cause.

5. Flat fee & commission structure

Flat fees, where applicable, are paid per published video/post meeting the agreed content guidelines, within 7 working days of the Company verifying the post is live and accessible. In addition, Creators earn 15% commission on the order subtotal (excluding delivery charges and taxes) for every completed, paid order placed using their unique discount code. Commission is calculated monthly and paid alongside any flat fee owed. The Company may revise flat fee ranges or commission percentage for future collaborations with notice; this will not apply retroactively.

6. Content ownership & usage rights

The Creator retains ownership of content they produce. By submitting content as part of this Programme, the Creator grants Al Bella Treat a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, share, and reference the content on its own social media, website, and marketing materials, with credit to the Creator where reasonably practicable. This licence does not transfer copyright ownership.

7. Content guidelines & representations

Creators agree not to make specific medical, health, or therapeutic claims about Al Bella Treat products beyond information provided in writing by the Company, not to disparage competitor brands by name, and not to misrepresent the nature of the collaboration (e.g., presenting it as unpaid/organic when it is sponsored, where applicable disclosure laws or platform policies require disclosure). Creators are responsible for complying with any sponsored-content disclosure requirements (e.g. "#ad", "#sponsored", or "Paid Partnership" tags) applicable on their platform.

8. Payment terms

All payments (flat fee and commission) are disbursed via JazzCash or Easypaisa to the wallet details provided by the Creator. The Company is not responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect details provided, or third-party payment network outages.

9. Term & termination

Either party may end the collaboration at any time with notice. The Company may terminate immediately upon breach of these terms (including misuse of the discount code or misleading content). Amounts properly owed for delivered, verified content or completed sales prior to termination remain payable, except in cases of fraud or material breach, where the Company may withhold payment pending investigation.

10. Confidentiality

Specific fee amounts, commission rates, and internal programme details shared with a Creator should not be disclosed publicly or to other brands/creators without the Company's consent.

11. Limitation of liability

The Company's total liability under this agreement is limited to the value of unpaid, valid amounts owed to the Creator at the time a dispute arises. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of anticipated income or follower growth.

12. Governing law & disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing resolution, they fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.

13. Acknowledgement

By submitting this application, the Creator confirms the information provided is accurate, and that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, including the Company's right of rejection and termination described in Section 3.
